Fatah Executive: Nasser Yusef - not Dahlan - responsible for security forces

Israel Radio Territories Correspondent Avi Yissakharov reported this morning
that the Fateh Executive decided at a meeting last Friday that PA Interior
Minister Mohammed Dahlan has no authority regarding Palestinian security
forces. That authority was placed by the Fateh Executive in the hands of
Nasser Yusef, head of the Palestinian national security force.

Yusef is known as an Arafat man.
