The following is IMRA's translation of results of a telephone poll 558 adult
Israelis (including Israeli Arabs) carried out by Shvakim Panorama for
Israel Radio's "Another Matter" program on 1 September 2004 that is
presented
on the website of the radio station. (http://bet.iba.org.il ).

Do you support the prime minister's decision to advance the vote on the
disengagement plan by the government and Knesset by 5-6 months?
Total: Yes 62.9% No 24.1% Other 13.0%
Vote Likud: Yes 54.4% No 31.6% Other 13.9%
Vote Shinui: Yes 57.0% No 25.0% Other 17.9%
Vote Labor: Yes 88.3% No 0.0% Other 11.7%

With regards to the disengagement plan, which position do you support:
- Disengagement in four stages in accordance with the government decision of
June 2004
- The new proposal of the prime minister and defense minister according to
which the disengagement from Gaza will be continuous - without stage
- Oppose disengagement from Gaza
