Palestinian Poll Demonstrates No Need For Israeli Withdrawal For Elections
IMRA: A recent Palestinian poll (see below) finds that despite current
Israeli operations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, 72.4% evaluated the
registration process for voters to be "good" and close to 75% of qualified
Palestinians exercised their right to register. This finding indicates that
there is no need for an Israeli redeployment for Palestinian elections that
may jeopardize Israeli security.
