under the direction of Prof. Y.Katz for the Israeli television program
"Reshet in the Morning" program on 25 November 2004:

According to the latest news, Syrian president Assad sent messages to Israel
according to which Syria is prepared to renew the negotiations with Israel.
Should Israel today renew the negotiations with Syria?
Total: Yes 71% No 25% Other 4%
Likud voters: Yes 62% No 37%
Labor voters: Yes 85% No 14%

Among those who think that Assad is not sincere:
Yes 51% No 46%

The current policy of Israel towards Syria includes a freeze on contact with
Syria along with efforts to isolate it from the world. Should Israel
