Poll: 62.2% new Government will serve until November 2006 elections, 70.7%
against call to oppose evacuation at cost of incarceration

The following is IMRA's translation of results of a telephone poll of 504
adult Israelis (including Israeli Arabs) and 422 Labor Party Central
Committee members carried out by Shvakim Panorama for Israel Radio's
"Another Matter" program on 22 December 2004 that is presented on the
website of the radio station.

Labor Party Central Committee Members: I will read to you a list of 12
candidates - which 5 do you want to serve as ministers in the new
government?

Matan Vilnai 56.7% Ophir Pines-Paz 54.9%
Isaac Herzog 47.3% Haim Ramon 32.7%

Amram Mitzna 21.5% Dani Yatom 17.8%

Should Basic Law be amended so that Shimon Peres can serve as a second
Acting Prime Minister?
