PA hasn't collected weapons in Tulkarem and Jericho despite claims

Israel Radio Arab Affairs Correspondent Avi Yissakharov reported this
morning that despite explicit announcements by the Palestinian Authority
(PA) that the "wanted" Palestinians have been disarmed as per the Sharm
El-Sheikh agreements, the PA hasn't collected the weapons of the "wanted" in
Tulkarem and Jericho, the two cities under PA security control.

Yissakharov noted that Mahmoud Abbas gave explicit orders to the commanders
of the Palestinian security forces to collect the weapons of the "wanted"
but his orders were not carried out. Most of the "wanted" in the two cities
evacuated by Israel were recruited to the security system and PA
institutions but were not asked to disarm and they continue to be armed.
