Corruption will be election issue, 71.5% Withdrawal from Lebanon was right

The following is IMRA's translation of results of a telephone poll of 503
adult Israelis (including Israeli Arabs) carried out by Shvakim Panorama for
Israel Radio's "Another Matter" program on 18 May 2005 that is presented
on the website of the radio station. (http://bet.iba.org.il ).

Who was correct in the dispute between the foreign minister (Shalom) and the
Israeli Ambassador to the USA Danny Ayalon?
Total: Shalom 21.2% Ayalon 34.0% Other 44.8%
Likud voters: Shalom 27.3% Ayalon 40.1% Other 32.6%
Labor voters: Shalom 13.5% Ayalon 41.7% Other 44.8%

Will political corruption become a central issue in the coming elections?
