Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, this afternoon (Monday, 12 November
2012), made the following remarks – on events on the Syrian border

– at a meeting in Ashkelon with the foreign ambassadors stationed in Israel:

"We are closely monitoring what is happening and will respond appropriately.
We will not allow our borders to be violated or our citizens to be fired
upon."
