The director-generals of the Finance, Home Front Defense, Tourism, Social
Welfare and Social Services, Negev and Galilee, Education, Agriculture,
Interior, and Industry, Trade and Labor ministries discussed the situation
in the communities in the south and their ministries' activities in the
field.

PMO Dir.-Gen. Locker commended the functioning of Government ministries
regarding civilian needs and the home front during the Operation, and
instructed the director-generals to continue showing the same level of
service and generosity toward the residents and communities of the south
that they showed during the operation.

The team will meet again this coming Tuesday (27 November).

Before the start of the discussion, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke
with PMO Dir.-Gen. Locker and asked him to work to shorten the bureaucracy
in order to make things easier for the residents who were affected.
