Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, today (Tuesday, 11 December 2012), spoke
with Education Minister Gideon Saar and congratulated him on the jump in the
achievements of Israeli pupils on international tests, according to data

"Our policy is to foster the values of Israel's heritage alongside
excellence in educating Israeli children. I would like to thank the
teachers, administrators and pupils' parents in implementing the important
