Post Election Observation- Yes to paper ballots

It is after 1 AM and I just returned from serving as chairman at a local
polling station in Raanana.

So instead of speculating if the decision of Likud-Beiteinu to focus their
mud slinging at Bayit Yehudi helped move votes over from the national camp
to Yair Lapid (polls showed a substantial number of people who were
considering between voting for Bayit Yehudi or Lapid) I would like to share
with you what a fantastically positive experience the voting process was.

One thing is certain: we must continue with the paper ballot.

I would estimate that over 95% of the voters who had elementary school age
children brought them to the polling station and had one of their children
have the honor of putting the envelope with their vote into the vote box
(Israeli Facebook is full of the photos).

What a wonderful civics lesson for the entire family.
