Petitioners: Channel 10 News, Inc., Baruch Kara, Israeli News Co., Inc.

Respondent: State of Israel and the late John Doe

Decision

1. I have considered the two requests and the two responses [see attached
Hebrew]. My decision is as follows:

2. I direct a reduction in the gag order given in this proceeding, such that
it will not apply to content of the decisions regarding the Investigation
into the Cause of Death, as agreed upon in the State's response.

3. Accordingly, it shall possible to publish my decisions from 19 December
2012, except the clauses detailed in section 2A-C [see Hebrew attachment] in
the State's response from today.

4. Following this decision and the contents which are permitted for
publication, the petitioners will be able to submit an additional response
to the State's response, within 48 hours.

5. In the absence of additional responses and subject to all other
decisions, the State will submit a supplementary response within 21 days.

6. The State will deliver the contents of the decision which are permitted
for publication to the petitioners within 24 hours.
