The Jordanian newspaper "Al Ghad" reports that Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas met Amman
secretly a few days before the ceasefire was reached. The news item does not
disclose additional information.
Palestinian sources reported that Moussa Abu Marzouk, the deputy of Hamas
leader Khaled Mashaal, is making his way from Egypt to the Gaza Strip.
Marzouk wrote on Twitter that he was on his way to Gaza "after the victory"
as he put it. He is expected to enter the Gaza Strip through the Rafah
crossing
