US declines to indicate if opposes murdering drivers with Molotov cocktails in State department statement

[Dr. Aaron Lerner - IMRA:

The IDF Spokesperson's Unit said that around 7 pm on October 24th an IDF
force operating between Silward and Route 60 identified a Palestinian
throwing a Molotov cocktail towards the highway, often frequented by Israeli
vehicles.
The force used precise fire aimed at the direction of the terrorist, killing
him.

Question: Why wasn't State Department Spokesperson Jen Psaki able to come
up with a formula in the wording of the statement below to indicate that the
United States of America does not condone, under any circumstances, the
throwing of firebombs?

This isn't a minor mater.

Our Palestinian "peace partners" include throwing rocks and firebombs to
murder Israelis as part of "non-violent resistance" and "peaceful protest".

And then the Americans turn around and praise the "Palestinians moderates"
for advocating "non-violent resistance" and "peaceful protest".

America should take a stand.
