Economy Ministry: 20 Israeli Startups to Take Part in “Future Sport 2015” Roadshow in Britain

20 ISRAELI STARTUPS TO TAKE PART IN “FUTURE SPORT 2015” ROADSHOW IN BRITAIN

British Sports Associations and Senior Sports Industry Officials Choose
Israeli Companies that will Take Part in Unique Roadshow Combining Israeli
Technology and Innovation with the British Sports World * Dozens of Israeli
Companies Applied, 20 Chosen to be Part of Delegation

JERUSALEM. March 23rd, 2015 – Twenty Israeli technology companies were
chosen from sixty that applied to take part in a unique Future Sport2015
roadshow in London. The delegation was organized by the Israeli Foreign
Trade Administration's trade mission in London and the Israel Export
Institute. The expo seeks to combine Israeli tech and innovation with the
UK's substantial sports industry.

The Future Sport2015 delegation will be in Britain March 24th -26th and will
visit the offices of the UK's most significant sports organizations -
football clubs, stadia and broadcast networks. The Israeli companies will
present key players in the British sports industry with technologies that
can benefit the British sports institutions. The roadshow will begin with a
'Future Sports Innovation Day' in London, where companies will present to
the audience and hold one-on-one business meetings with potential partners.

Nathan Tsror, the Economic Attaché to the UK for the Israel Foreign Trade
Administration, said: "Previous activities in the Future Israel events have
led to cooperation between Israeli and British companies, with two examples
being the cooperation between Maretyze, a company analyzing e-Commerce, and
the international retail store Carphone Warehouse, and between Israeli
startup Cimagine, developing virtual reality technologies, and the British
web store Shop Direct. Our initiative in sports is a unique model for
promoting Israeli exports in Britain and we are excited to see how Future
Sport 2015 will create business opportunities for Israeli companies, similar
to those achieved in previous Future Israel events."

Lee Aviram-Shoshani, Director of the New Media Division at the Israel Export
Institute, said: "Israeli hi-tech companies, renowned for their innovation,
are developing diverse technologies that apply to all aspects of life. The
great number of applicants for the competition testifies to a wide sector of
technological developments with solutions for the world of sports - whether
for fans, players, teams or broadcasters."


n January 19th, 2015, six sports experts arrived at the Israeli Embassy in
London to assess dozens of Israeli companies competing for a place on the
Future Sport2015 delegation. The judges in the competition included: Lord
David Triesman, former chairman of the British Football Association, Terry
Venables, former Manager of the English National Team, Jonathan Lenson,
Business Development Director at WPP advertising, Mike Hodgson, Head of
Innovation Engagement at British Telecom, Daniel Shakhani, Chief Executive
and Founder at RDS Capital and Frank Meehan, Founding Partner at Sparklabs
Global, as well as representatives of the Israel Trade Office in Britain,
operated by the Foreign Trade Administration at the Israeli Ministry of
Economy. The companies' technology was chosen according to its originality
and compatibility with the British market. The panel chose twenty diverse
and innovative companies with technologies such as player performance
analysis, wireless broadcasting, injury prevention, fan engagement,
interactivity, ticket sales and more.

According to the Foreign Trade Administration at the Israeli Ministry of
Economy, trade with Britain stood at $5.7 billion during 2014, of which $4
billion came from exports - a 2% rise compared to 2013 and a 10% rise
compared to 2012.

Companies participating in Future Sport 2015:

1) ABonAir - a leading supplier of wireless transmitters for professional
filming and production teams around the world.

2) AposTherapy - a clinically-proven, non-invasive treatment without
medication enabling injured athletes to return to the field in top form.

3) Applicaster - a company offering sports channels, copyright owners and
clubs an interactive experience on a secondary screen.

4) BioGaming - a platform turning practice and training programs into
enjoyable virtual reality games.

5) EveryMatch - a platform for finding partners for leisure activities,
based on an advanced algorithm serving existing communities.

6) Fabula Gaming - a virtual money game which changes as the game
progresses.

7) FanPassTick - a novel means of buying tickets for sports matches - a
platform to connect ticket sellers and fans.

8) FanZone - a platform for fan engagement to enable easier transport to
sports matches.

9) Gigya - a technology enabling businesses to increase subscriptions and
client acquisition through all media outlets.

10) Homage - a video platform enabling sports clubs to present clips of fans
as part of their branded content

11) Inovytec Medical Soultions - Sali(TM); a family of non-invasive,
portable and automatic instruments to treat the respiratory and nervous
systems outside of hospitals.

12) KamaKama - a portable video platform enabling the creation and
distribution of clips from live matches on smart phones.

13) Pixellot - a range of products providing an alternative to existing
broadcast production methods, significantly improving the viewing
experience, while lowering production costs.

14) PlaySight Interactive - a technology for automatically recording and
analyzing a player's activity and motion during a match or training.

15) Replay Technologies - a unique technology enabling 360 degree replay
views.

16) ShowBox.com - a technology enabling the creation, in minutes, of video
clips via a laptop or mobile phone

17) Smarter TV - a technology enabling a new way of watching sports,
combining content with video clips.

18) Stergen - a technology enabling real-time conversion of 2D videos to 3D.

19) Udobu - a revenue management system, enabling clubs to improve ticket
pricing.

20) WSC Sports - a technology enabling real-time indexing of sports events
as well as the creation and distribution of video clips.
