Israel Police: Access to the Old City of Jerusalem to be Limited for the
Next Two Days

Following the terrorist attack in the Old City of Jerusalem which claimed
the lives of two Israelis and left two others injured, the proposals of the
security services and the police have been accepted namely to limit access
to the Old City for the next two days to Israeli citizens, Old City
residents, tourists, business people who work in the Old City and students
who study in the Old City.

Access to the Temple Mount for Muslim prayer will be limited to males aged
50 and above while there will be no age limitation on female Muslim
worshipers. That access will be through the Lions Gate.
