EU financed poll finds West Bank Palestinians oppose all key elements of peace plans

EU financed poll finds West Bank Palestinians oppose all key elements of
peace plans
Dr. Aaron Lerner 22 August 2016

For decades "two state solution" advocates collectively rolled their eyes at
us and smirked that if we would just accept "x" that there would be peace.

So here's a poll financed by the European Union that demonstrates that the
opposite is the case.

I selected the results for West Bank Palestinians since at this juncture,
thanks to PM Sharon's retreat and the Hamas take-over, the Gaza Strip for
all practical purposes is a separate problem. The results, however, for
Gaza are pretty much the same.

The results are timely. They come out as President Obama is apparently
scheming to try and do something before the end of his term while others are
running around with their own ideas for pushing for at least "progress" on a
deal this year.

The Palestinian-Israeli Pulse: A Joint Poll

The Palestinian sample size was 1,270 adults interviewed face-to-face in the
West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza Strip in 127 randomly selected locations
between June 2 and 4, 2016
