Advisor to Abbas to IMRA on Gaza Missiles: "One law one gun" - details later

IMRA asked Majdi Khalidi, Diplomatic Affairs advisor to Mahmoud Abbas, what
the PA's position was on the disposition of the rockets and missiles that
Hamas now holds - specifically if the PA intends to transfer the rockets and
missiles to the PA security forces.

Majdi Khalidi explained that everything was being negotiated with Hamas at
this time and the underlying principal of the PA's position is that there
should be "one law one gun."

IMRA noted that there was no framework under the agreements signed with
Israel for these "guns" to include rockets and missiles.

Khalidi replied that he is not going to go into details beyond saying that
negotiations with Hamas are underway.
