From the start, the grave risks to the Jewish State associated with the
creation of a sovereign independent Palestinian state outweighed the
benefits of a "deal".

Prime Minister Netanyahu's remarks tip the scales even further by revealing
a dramatic and profound plunge in the benefits of a deal with the
Palestinians.
