PM Spokesman Regev to IMRA: Palestinians can do everything but shoot

IMRA asked Mark Regev, Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's Foreign Press Adviser,
Is the manufacture and assembly of rockets prohibited in the Gaza Strip
Mark Regev called back shortly later with the following statement:
The understanding with Egypt talks explicitly about the total cessation of
IMRA: So they can run their rocket production and assembly lines inside the
Regev: Once again. They cannot import any military equipment into Gaza for
IMRA: Right. But whatever they have at hand they can use to manufacture
Regev: They cannot shoot it.
IMRA: They can't shoot it. Very good.
Now they can also set up bunkers. They can bring in bulldozers and

IMRA: They can't shoot but they can do everything else.
Regev: That's what the agreement is about. You are correct.
IMRA: Thank you very much.
