Weekly Commentary: The West To Finance Iranian Leap To Deliverable Nukes?
Dr. Aaron Lerner 24 August 2022
The talking heads suggesting that rolling back the time it takes for Iran to
have enough highly refined uranium to make a nuke from days to six months
can justify a deal with Iran.
But the issue isn't just having weapons grade uranium. Its implementing the
technology to deliver nuclear warheads.
The quarter of a trillion dollars which Iran stands to gain if the deal goes
through will enable Iran to pay whatever price it takes to acquire the
technology and equipment to reach pretty much anyplace it chooses around the
world with nuclear warheads.
And its enough money to make this all possible without detection.
Of course, part of that war chest would also be invested in defense systems
and configurations to make it that much harder to thwart an Iranian nuclear
attack should that terrible day come.
I'm frankly embarrassed that there are Israeli talking heads who don't
understand such a simple and obvious thing.
