Poll of Israelis: 60.4% support liquidating Selah Shehade even after
civilians died in the operation

The following is IMRA's translation of the results of a telephone poll of
511 adult Israelis (including Israeli Arabs) carried out by Shevakim
Panorama for Israel Radio's "Another Matter" program on 24 July 2002.
Survey error +/- 4.5 percentage points.
After the fact, in light of the deaths of civilians and children in the
operation to liquidate Selah Shehade in Gaza, was the decision to carry out
the operation:

Was it correct to liquidate Selah Shehade in Gaza in the middle of efforts
to reach an agreement with Hamas and other terror organizations for a halt
to the attacks?

families of terrorists who carried out attacks to the Gaza Strip?

Defense, should the budget of the Ministry of Defense be cut?
