to such attacks .

A poll carried out by the Palestinian Center for Public Opinion (PCPO) and
Prepared by President
Dr.Nabil Kukali.

(62.9%) support to various degrees the notion that says "the peace process
is the best thing Palestinian can get under the current international
changes".
( 35.2%) Support the continuation of Intifada, while (39.8%) call for a
halt.
(30.7%) in favor of suicidal attacks in Israel, and (35.4%) call for a halt
to such attacks .
(59.3%) Support to varying degree the President Arafat.
(35.7%) Support to varying degree Mr. Ahmed Qre' (Abu El-A'la) as a
Palestinian Prime Minister
(56.3%) Pessimistic about the future.

A poll recently conducted by the PCPO, prepared and supervised by its
president, Dr. Nabil Kukali, included a random sample of ( 500 ) Palestinian
adults from the Palestinian territories .
The polls reveals that (59.3%) support to varying degree the president
Arafat , while (29.7%) oppose, and (11.0%) express no opinion .
President of the PCPO, Dr. Nabil Kukali, stated that the poll took place
26-31 January, 2004 and the average age of the respondents was ( 31.0)
years, and the margin of error was( 4.38 ±)percent points.
Kukali also stated that the percentage of female respondents was (47.0%)
while that of the male ones was (53.0%). He pointed out to the average size
of respondents' families that was (7.0) persons.

Dr.Kukali said the results of the poll were as follows:
