Diskin: Planners of Netanya attack protected by PA

The masterminds behind last week's suicide bombings in Netanya are being
protected by the Palestinian Authority at a government compound in Tulkarm,
Shin Bet chief Yuval Diskin told ministers at the weekly cabinet meeting,
Army Radio reported.
