RAMALLAH, November 10, 2005 (WAFA - PLO news agency) - President Mahmoud
Abbas phoned on Thursday King Abdullah II of Jordan and conveyed his deep
condolences over the death of scores of people in yesterday's Amman
bombings.

President Abbas expressed his solidarity with the brotherly Jordanian
people, renewing his condemnation of such a terror attack, which he
described as a crime against humanity.

President Abbas sent yesterday a message of condolences to King Abdullah II
expressing his and the Palestinian people solidarity with the Jordanian
Kingdom.

#2 President Condemns Suicide Operation in Khedera

RAMALLAH, October 26, 2005, (WAFA)- President Mahmoud Abbas condemned on
Wednesday the suicide operation in Khedera town, north of Israel.
Abbas revealed that such operations harm the Palestinian people's interests
and could widen the cycle of violence and bloodshed, expressing at the same
time his absolute anger over the operation.
He said that the latest missile launching from Gaza Strip (GS) to Israel and
this suicide operation are considered a severe breach to the truce agreement
reached in Cairo, adding that it is not acceptable for anyone to take the
law into his hands
He affirmed that Palestinian National Authority (PNA) adherence to the
truce, saying that the PNA will exert utmost efforts to maintain it.

#3. President Denounces Operation Killing 2 Israelis

RAMALLAH, July 24, 2005, (WAFA-PLO news agency)-President Mahmoud Abbas
denounced today the military operation in the Gaza Strip that resulted of
killing an Israeli and his wife.
An official spokesman said that this operation is a violation against the
state of calm and Cairo agreement on truce, adding that it gives the Israeli
side justifications to re-act against our people and leadership.
"These operations at time of Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip do not
serve our national unity, threaten our national security and weaken the PNA
credibility on international level, affirming that the PNA will spare no
efforts to stop these harmful operations", the spokesman said.
