[As tons of explosives flow daily from Egypt to Gaza] Explosives Laboratory Uncovered in Nablus

IDF SPOKESPERSON ANNOUNCMENT

Explosives laboratory uncovered in Nablus

In a joint IDF and ISA activity in Nablus early this morning, November 25th
2006, forces uncovered an explosives laboratory.

The items uncovered in the laboratory include:
- A stuffed doll with wires attached
- 40 liters of hydrogen peroxide
- A jacket used to hide explosives
- Three belts intended to carry explosives( i.e - three potential explosive
belts)
- An empty gas tank
- Twenty light bulbs used to activate explosives
- A gas mask, syringes, test tubes, pipes
- A box of talcum powder intended for the use of explosive devices and
unidentified material which was taken for examination, and several other
items used for the manufacturing of explosives

The explosives laboratory was detonated in a controlled manner by IDF
sappers.

The IDF will continue to operate against terrorist infrastructure in the
northern West Bank, and employ all means at its disposal in order to uphold
the security of the citizens
