Military faction fires at Har Homa settlement and an Israeli base near Jenin

Bethlehem - Ma'an - The An-Nasser Salah Addin Brigades, the military wing of
the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), have claimed responsibility for
shooting towards Har Homa (Abu Ghneim) settlement, located northeast of
Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, on Sunday evening.

The brigades also claimed responsibility for firing at an Israeli military
base near Qabatiya, close to Jenin in the north of the occupied West Bank,
on Sunday.

The brigades said in a statement for Ma'an that one of its groups fired at
Har Homa at 9:20 p.m. on Sunday. They said that another group opened fire at
10:15 p.m. on Sunday at an Israeli military base near Abu George factory
near the village of Qabatiya, south of Jenin.

The brigades assured that these operations came in response to the Israeli
excavations taking place in the environs of the Al-Aqsa mosque in the old
city of Jerusalem.
