Honenu organization: disengagement protesters with open police records may
qualify now to expunge file

Makor Rishon reports today that the Honenu organization is calling for all
disengagement protesters with police files opened against them should
contact their organization now to insure that they will be covered by the
initiative that has been gaining momentum to expunge the as yet open police
files against disengagement protestors. The organization notes that having
an open police file could prevent a protestor from being employed in
positions that require security clearance.

The Honenu organization provides aid for the "indirect victims" of continued
Arab terrorism - those who have been forced to respond in real-time to
genuine threats on their own or on others' lives, and as a result, have
become entangled in a web of legal difficulties with tremendous financial
and other costs
