Reports regarding Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan indicate that the
U.S. Army was about to send him to a war zone despite his open support for
terror activities.

Whether Hasan fell through the cracks because it didn't occur to anyone that
it would be counter productive to send someone like this to serve in a
conflict that involves elements of radical Islam - or if the commanders who
ordered to ship him off were well aware of what they were doing but did so
anyway out of concern that it wouldn't be PC to act on the matter - the
results were the same.

And the concern is the same.

defense exercise in Israel?
