[IMRA: Note that the question only asks about talking with Hamas after it
recognizes Israel and stops terror - while the headline on the front page
of the Hebrew edition screams out "Haaretz Poll: 57% of the public supports
the plan of Shaul Mofaz for negotiations with Hamas" - with someone
thinking that this means overall support for the Mofaz "plan" and not just
that remark by Mofaz that was made at his press conference. The wording of
the question doesn't even ask if one supports the Mofaz plan.]
This week MK Shaul Mofaz released a plan, that, among other things, did not
rule out talks with Hamas if Hamas recognized Israel and stopped terror. Do
you support that Israel in the future negotiates with Hamas?

These days there is a conflict between Justice Minister Neeman and senior
people in the legal system, over Neeman's plan t split the roles of the
attorney general ,
[AL: Neeman proposes that the person who decides if a cabinet member should
be indicted shouldn't be someone who sits in cabinet meetings. This when the
overwhelming majority of Israelis assume that, with all due respect to AG
Mazuz, that he dragged his feet in handling the many cases against PM Sharon
because he was sitting in the meetings of the cabinet and didn't want an
untimely indictment to interfere with Sharon's diplomatic agenda (aka
withdrawal)].
Who do you think is more correct? Neeman or the senior judges?
