Min Yishai orders speed up on planning for post-freeze construction

Maariv correspondents Ben Caspit and Roi Sharon report in the 16 December
edition that Minister of Internal Affairs Eli Yishai (Shas) has instructed
his office to accelerate the planning processes for planning and
construction approvals in Judea and Samaria to expedite post freeze
construction.

The process is long and drawn out under any circumstances.

The minister's office noted that the freeze applied to physical
construction - not the planning and approval process for future
construction.
