We value your feedback as a Nordstrom customer and thank you for taking the
time to contact us to share it.

Ultimately, our goal as a retailer is to offer great merchandise that our
customers request. We know many customers love AHAVA products, which is why
we are continuing to carry the line in select Nordstrom stores.

Our decision to continue offering these products does not mean Nordstrom is
taking a position on this issue. We are in the business of providing
customers with merchandise they want, but we realize that at the same time
we need to consider our customers' sensitivities. In this case, we know that
we can't please everyone and are bound to disappoint some customers.
