Foreign Ministry: Syria Condemns Israel's Criminal Practices in Golan,
Palestine and South Lebanon

DAMASCUS, (SANA) - Syria condemns Israel's criminal practices against the
people in Golan, Palestine and South Lebanon which resulted in a number of
martyrs and injured people, an official source at the Foreign and
Expatriates Ministry said on Sunday.

The source demanded that the international community hold Israel fully
accountable for its practices.

"On the anniversary of al-Nakba Day, we recall the values and lessons the
Arab nation offers in making its present and future," said the source,
adding "Syria, which has always stood by the Palestinian people and
supported their steadfastness and resistance to restore their legitimate
rights and liberate their usurped territories, pays rich tribute to all the
martyrs of the Arab nation who sacrificed their souls over decades for the
sake of the Palestinian Cause."

The source continued "the Palestinian popular movement today is the result
of Israel's continued violation of the international legitimacy resolutions,
usurpation of territories and rights and evasion of the requirements of just
and comprehensive peace."
