Prison Service not instructed to make released terrorist sign promise not to
engage in terror

Israel Radio reported on the midnight news magazine that in contrast to
earlier releases of terrorists, so far the Prison Authority has not been
instructed to have the prisoners being released in exchange for Gilad Shalit
to sign a statement promising not to engage in terror in the future.
