Man Injured as Settlers Break into Nablus’ Joseph Tomb

NABLUS, January 27, 2015 (WAFA -- Official PLO news agency) – At least one
Palestinian was injured with a live bullet during confrontations with the
Israeli army, which broke out after Jewish settlers and Israeli soldiers
broke into Joseph Tomb monument in Nablus to perform religious rituals,
according to security sources.
Palestinian Authority security spokesperson said dozens of settlers, under
heavy army protection, broke into the eastern quarter in the city, provoking
confrontations with local residents, during which a 19-year-old was injured
with a live bullet in the foot.
Settlers repeatedly break into Joseph Tomb, located in a densely Palestinian
populated area in Nablus, provoking chaos and confrontation with local
residents.
