Terror Site in the Gaza Strip

Yesterday, June 6th 2015, a rocket was launched at Southern Israel from the
Gaza Strip. The rocket hit an open area in the regional council of Hof-
Ashkelon, no injuries were reported. This is the third rocket attack in the
past two weeks.

In response to this attack, the IDF struck one terror infrastructure in the
Northern Gaza Strip. Hits were confirmed.

Following an Israeli government directive and in light of security
assessments, Kerem Shalom and Erez Crossings will be closed, with an
exception of medical cases and humanitarian aid.

Kerem Shalom and Erez Crossings will return to full activity following a
government directive.
