Observation: Only "Quiet For Quiet" Prevented IDF From Destroying ANOTHER Main Rocket Factory In Gaza

Observation: Only "Quiet For Quiet" Prevented IDF From Destroying ANOTHER
Main
Rocket Factory In Gaza
Dr. Aaron Lerner 5 May, 2019

"In addition, the main production site in the Gaza Strip for standard rocket
weapons was attacked. This is an underground site with the ability to
manufacture rockets in the Gaza Strip. "
IDF Spokesperson's announcement 15 March 2019

And now today:

"Among the targets attacked was a site for the manufacture of rocket weapons
by the Hamas terror organization, which is located underground in the area
of Netzarim. The site is unique in its manufacturing capabilities and
constitutes a central capability in the organization's ability to
manufacture rocket weapons in the Gaza Strip."
4 May, 2019

This is what we know:

#1. Once again there was no loss of life as a result of the attack.

#2. Once again there are no reports that any civilian building of
significance
(hospitals, mosques, schools, etc.) were damaged in the attack.

So we can reasonably conclude that concern over physical collateral damage
did not deter Israel from attacking the main production site in the Gaza
Strip for standard rocket weapons until now.

Israel's decision to ignore, until today, the existence and continuing
operation of the main production site in the Gaza Strip for standard rocket
weapons instead was simply a matter of honoring "quiet for quiet".

In March two rockets fired at the Tel Aviv area was deemed to be a
significant enough "noise" to justify the IDF making the "noise" of
attacking the site.

This time it took over 150 rockets attacking Israel to justify action.

Suffice it to say that within the framework of "quiet for quiet" the main
production site in the Gaza Strip for standard rocket weapons can be rebuilt
and go back into production without any interference by Israel.

It remains unclear at this stage if the factory attacked today was built
AFTER the other one was destroyed or if it ALREADY EXISTED and was listed in
the target bank in March BUT THE IDF DECLINED TO DESTROY IT THEN!
