humans).

Key actions to follow following WHO declaration that beyond stage 5 (no
morbidity in Israel):
...At the level of the administration of the Ministry of Health - the
Supreme Hospitalization Authority: Continue to carry out all the actions
listed in section 4, and in addition:
1. Update of the Government of Israel, the Ministry of Defense, the
non-profit organization, the directors of the vital bodies and the local
authorities on the transition to stage 5 and its implications.
2. Transfer of the crisis management responsibility from the Ministry of
Health to the Ministry of Defense's "crisis management team".
