I have a question about "which is evacuating to there":

Within the context of Egyptian supplies to the civilian population "which is evacuating" to the southern Gaza Strip, can Egypt send truckloads of supplies to Gaza City as long as the supplies are destined for civilians in Gaza City who are preparing to be evacuated to the southern Gaza Strip?
