Weekly Commentary: Israel's Paradigm Shift In Rules of War Can Save Western Civilisation

While "follow the rules of war" has become the mantra of Mr. Biden and other Western world leaders since the October 7th massacres, none actually explains what these rules actually prohibit or permit.

Amidror is absolutely right!

Is the world operating:

1. According to an interpretation of international law which gives a crippling advantage to those who exploit human shields.

A policy which cripples Western forces in conflict with monsters.

or

2. According to the interpretation of Col. (res.) Adv. Pnina Sharvit Baruch, that in situations such as Israel faces today in the Gaza Strip, destroying an enemy employing human shields is consistent with international law.

A policy which facilitates victory over the monsters.

Israel is not alone in facing the challenge of human shields.

By implementing the interpretation of Col. (res.) Adv. Pnina Sharvit Baruch, Israel will not only bring victory of good over a terrible evil.

That victory will serve as a message to the monsters of the world that it is futile to offer up their civilian on a human shield altar.
